PROGRAM FIT

Care informed by service.

For first responders, veterans, active-duty military, and retirees. Two tracks with PHP, IOP, and OP options; level of care is determined through clinical assessment.

FAMILY & SCHEDULING

Support beyond the individual.

Couples therapy options, spouse individual and group therapy, and child care in both tracks. Scheduling is designed with shift work and life responsibilities in mind.

WHY FRONTLINE.

Lived experience shapes the culture. Clinical assessment guides the care.

Our founders bring experience in the fire service and in recovery. The program combines culturally competent individual and group therapy, a 12-step foundation for substance use recovery, outdoor experiences, and peer community.

Shift-aware scheduling and family support address the realities surrounding treatment. A referral starts with determining whether the client’s needs fit our tracks and levels of care.
